CSRA SWIM LEAGUE CERTIFICATIONS - Current through (May 22, 2026)
Below is a list of all currently certified CSRA Swim League officials.
Note that this list contains officials trained by the CSRA Swim League and those USA Swimming or high school (SC or GA) certified. If you are a trained official and are not listed, please fill out the form below to be added to the 2026 trained officials.
USA Swimming or High School Certification
Every team should have at minimum two trained officials to run their dual meets.
An online option will be given for S&T training along with an in -person training session. The in-person training session will include Stroke & Turn AND Starter and, will be held at the Augusta Aquatic Center.
The digital online training will only cover S&T.
The digital online training is only for those who have completed a in-person training and are renewing their certification. Stroke and Turn training/renewal should take place every two years.
The digital training is compromised of a powerpoint presentation and 50 questions following. Links for modeling strokes and the test are provided at the end of the presentation. The link for the test is on the last page of the training slides. Copy the link to your browser to begin the test.

Online Stroke & Turn Training

There are three stroke and turn face to face classes available under the link below. During the last 30 min. of each class, you will have the option to participate in the starter training as well. Please comment on the rsvp if you are interested in staying for the starter training.
Anyone new to stroke and turn must take a face to face training. In the years following they may take the online training to renew their certification. Certifications are good for two years. We highly suggest that everyone take advantage of the face to face training.

2026 Lifeguard Training Course
Lifeguard Training
The Augusta Aquatic Center has a series of lifeguard training available. You may go to the AAC at any time during their operating hours to take the pre-test. The lifeguards on duty can check them out. After they pass the pre-test, they can go to the front desk and sign up and pay their fee. They only accept credit or debt cards at this time. You must be at least 15 years old to get lifeguard certified.

Swim – Tread- Swim
- Swim 150 yards (Freestyle or Breaststroke), Tread water for 2 minutes (Legs only), Swim 50 yards

Timed Brick Retrieval (1 Min 40 sec)
- Swim 20 yard to retrieve a 10lb brick from the bottom of the pool, kick on your back with both hands on the brick back to the starting point. (No Googles)
